Peter Jones, CEO
tiQtoQ co-founder Peter Jones has over 20 years of experience working in the Software Testing and Quality Assurance industry across both public and private sectors. Peter has overall responsibility for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership for the company whilst also helping to develop a continuous flow of innovative, leading edge quality assurance test products and services.

Paul Gitsham, CTO
A co-founder of tiQtoQ with a passion for making project delivery successful, ensuring system quality and a clear focus on delivering quality services for our clients. Paul is responsible for leading technology and methodology initiatives and driving service delivery enabling success for the companies we love to support. Paul has more than 25 years’ experience in strategic testing and software quality assurance roles, building teams and managing technology initiatives across a range of sectors.

Neil Martin, COO
Neil has worked with Peter and Paul on multiple joint Programmes and large deliveries. In January 2022 Neil joined the tiQtoQ team as our Chief Operating Officer, as a key member of our leadership team. Neil brings a wealth of experience to the tiQtoQ family, his background in Software Testing and Quality Assurance, Account Management, Sales and Large scale delivery will, underpin our Organisation. As COO, Neil will be accountable for Governance, Business Change, Resourcing and Sales.
