We are thrilled to announce that Sarah Young has joined tiQtoQ as our new People Director. Sarah brings with her an impressive track record in human resources, and we are excited about the wealth of experience and knowledge she will contribute to our team.
Sarah’s expertise spans across a broad spectrum of human resource management gained working across many disciplines within HR for numerous years. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD) and has utilised her experience and skills working at Board/Exec level as a trusted advisor to her clients.
At tiQtoQ, we believe that looking after the people who work for us is paramount, and Sarah’s role will be pivotal in supporting them and supporting the leadership team in the delivery and implementation of our HR People Structure. Her skillset is exactly what we need as we continue to grow and evolve.
