tiQtoQ is a distributed organisation with most of our team working at locations the length and breadth of the country. With busy work schedules the chances to get our staff together are rare, so we were delighted to be able to host some of the team at our Newport headquarters last week.
Admittedly, they were lured primarily by the promise of doughnuts, but the day was packed with more than just cakes. We organized a team photoshoot and held meetings and presentations to discuss our latest projects.
Innovation is a cornerstone of how we work at tiQtoQ so we were excited to introduce to the team something we’ve been working on for a while – our new in-house developed automation ecosystem DisQo – stay tuned for more on this soon!
Additionally, we took a dive into how we are revamping our customer relationship management tools to enhance our customer care provision.
It was great to get some really positive feedback and more importantly some constructive ideas on improvements both to the tools and the processes around them, which we’ll be taking forward in the near future.
We had a great day together and it highlighted the great innovators we have working with us at tiQtoQ. Without doubt it underscored the unrivalled value of team collaboration and face-to-face connections.
